Historic Women of Ohio
This site is dedicated to those women whose lives and deeds, large and small, contributed to making Ohio the strong and powerful state it is today. They are mostly deceased but their legacies live on because of the interest of today's women concerning the past. I think visitors to the site will be surprised by the accomplishments of many of these women and feel proud to live in a state where so many great women lived and worked.
